3DIQ allows you to use video to enhance your client experience.  Easily embed videos and other content within 3DIQ Interactive Resumes with a click of a button.  In this article, we’ll cover a couple of easy options for recording and using video within 3DIQ.

Embedding Video within 3DIQ

Embedding video is simple within 3DIQ.  Simply click in the “Recruiter Notes” text box and hover your mouse to the left of box.  You should see a “+” icon.

Clicking on this Quick Insert icon will allow you to embed images and video within a candidates interactive resume.  To insert a video, click the icon and paste in your video link.

Before using this feature, you’ll need to upload your video to a site such as YouTube or Vimeo.

There are also a number of screen recording applications out there that allow you to record your voice and your screen right from your browser.

3DIQ uses a free Chrome browser extension called Loom to record these videos.  Another option you may consider is called Vidyard.

Finally, embedded video can also be a great way to let your candidate answer a few questions and introduce himself or herself to your client.
