Recruiters are busy. Like, really busy. We noticed they spend a lot of time wrestling (sometimes unsuccessfully) with created resumes in a variety of formats. Editing, removing personal information and branding resumes took too much valuable time away from recruiters.
As staffing owners and managers, we also saw how much money was spent sourcing and screening candidates. Job boards, postings, ATS systems, drug screening and background checks. Most firms spend thousands of dollars each month to find candidates, most of whom won’t be hired.
Finally, we noticed that in most cases, the only thing we presented to our clients was a poorly formatted piece of paper with a logo on it. We invested nothing presenting candidates resumes to our clients after spending so much to find candidates.
So we decided to do something about it.

Andy is 3DIQ’s Chief Executive Officer. Recruiting is in his blood. After working in recruitment and sales for one of the world’s largest firms, Andy started and ran of one of the Southeast’s premier technical recruiting firms. Andy founded 3DIQ to help recruiters sell their candidates and make more money.

Tim is 3DIQ’s Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 10 years of experience working in media and recruitment marketing. He knows how important branding is to staffing companies and helped launch 3DIQ in order to help recruiters brand themselves and bring the resume into the digital age.
