Our client provides staffing for a manufacturing company that requires volume skilled labor. Recruiters often struggled with feedback because of many of their hiring managers didn’t have time to sit at a desk and review resume submissions. Our client also struggled bypassing HR gatekeepers resulting in delayed feedback.
3DIQ for Bullhorn was implemented in order to allow hiring managers to view and provide feedback using their mobile devices. 25% of resumes were viewed on mobile devices and recruiters were able to capture contact information for hiring managers.
