Our client had developed a long term relationship with a prominent design and manufacturing company to supply a wide range of candidates including product managers, designers and drafters.   They had worked on several dozen jobs and submitted more 100 candidates since 2017.  

Despite a good relationship, they struggled to get feedback from managers who were busy and didn’t have time to review candidate resume files.  Our client decided to implemented 3DIQ and noticed immediate results.  

Before using 3DIQ, the average time from resume submission to client feedback was more than two and a half days.  After implementing 3DIQ, feedback time was shortened by a full day.

The Strategy – Fast and easy mobile friendly resumes

Our client provides staffing for a manufacturing company that requires volume skilled labor.  Recruiters often struggled with feedback because of many of their hiring managers didn’t have time to sit at a desk and review resume submissions.  Our client also struggled bypassing HR gatekeepers resulting in delayed feedback.   

3DIQ was implemented in order to allow hiring managers to view and provide feedback using their mobile devices.   25% of resumes were viewed on mobile devices and recruiters were able to capture contact information for hiring managers.

Within 6 months, 3DIQ had cut feedback time by 1/3 (nearly .5 days).  Our client saw an even more prominent reduction in feedback time for rejected candidates (candidates whom the client declined to interview), allowing them to provide additional candidates more quickly.
